Meet Katelyn
Hi everyone! My name is Katelyn. I was born and raised in Traverse City. I went to Michigan State University (GO GREEN) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality. With my love for Northern Michigan, I couldn't help but come back and have been planning weddings and events for the past 6 years. I absolutely love it!
But you know the movie 27 dresses? I think I might have a closet like that. Definitely had some experience on the inside from rapping my maid of honor speech, planning the bachelorette parties, and on October 5, 2019, I got married to the love of my life :)

So I know how much work goes into planning your big day, and I can’t wait to help. I truly believe your wedding should be a reflection of
the 2 of you, and I look forward to helping you make that happen. I also believe that this should be a fun and stress free experience.

Besides planning weddings and events, you’ll find me trying to master my kitchen-aid mixer baking the next Pinterest idea I find, bringing out my inner Joanna Gaines in our remodeling project, or surrounded by my nieces and nephews that I can’t get enough of!

Hello all! My name is Jordan and I’m a Northern Michigan native! I’m newly married to my high school sweetheart, Tyler and we are lucky enough to reside in Sutton's Bay.
I come from a military family and Tyler is a United States Marine Corps veteran; because of this, military spouses and families have a special place in my heart.
I’m passionate about all things crafty & creative and love small, personalized details. Thoughtfulness is my JAM and I live for seeing people act selflessly- in both big and little ways!
Event planning has always been a passion of mine; materializing a vision, mood, or theme gives me life and fuels my creative heart! I am so blessed to be to be able to do so at Katelyn Rose Events!
